Rental rate and period
A standard rental is $150/day for a 24-hour period. Multi-day rentals are charged at the same daily rate.
Refundable security deposit
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for every rental. The deposit is separate from the rental charge and is returned to you after the pole and stage base are received back in good condition. Payment is accepted by credit card or e-transfer.
Delivery, setup and pickup
Delivery, setup, pickup and teardown across the Greater Toronto Area is $100–$150 each way, depending on your location. We provide an exact quote before your booking is confirmed. Allow about 30–45 minutes for a delivery and setup appointment — unloading, positioning the stage base, assembly, levelling and a safety check.
Self pickup from 1418 Inuit Trail, Mississauga is free. The pole itself assembles in about 2–3 minutes and we'll show you how.
Safe and supervised use
The pole is a self-standing unit that stands 7 ft 10 in tall on a padded circular stage base and supports up to 250 lbs. It must be used on a clear, level surface with furniture and fragile items moved well clear of the base. An adult must supervise use for the entire rental period. For safety, don't modify or drill the pole, and follow the setup guidance we give you if the pole needs to be moved.
Customer responsibility
While the equipment is in your possession, you are responsible for it — including keeping it indoors or on a covered, level outdoor surface, and returning it in the same condition it arrived.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your rental start. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee.
Confirming your booking
Submitting a request through our booking form does not lock in your date and does not take payment. We check availability, confirm your delivery quote and the details above, and your date is finalized only once you confirm with us.
