Who we are

What we collect
We only collect information you type into one of our two forms.
- Booking request form: your name, email address, phone number, requested rental date and length, event or rental type, whether you want delivery or pickup, the delivery address (city and postal code) when you choose delivery, and the setup details you provide such as indoor/outdoor, floor surface, building access and any notes.
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number and your message.
We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for payment at the time you submit a request.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to you: to check availability for your date, prepare a delivery quote, arrange pickup or setup, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in the secure database that powers this website. The records are not publicly readable — the website can only add new submissions, and only our team can read them through an authenticated, server-side administrative connection.
Email notifications
When email notifications are enabled for this site, a copy of your submission may be emailed to our team so we can respond faster. That email is used only for handling your request.
Analytics
This website includes placeholders for basic interaction tracking (for example, which button was pressed). No third-party analytics or advertising service is currently connected, so no analytics data is being transmitted anywhere.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests and messages for as long as we need them for scheduling, follow-up and our own business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
